- Procedure times for cancellation and refund entreaty differÂ
- All cancellations made straight with the Airline require to be announced to Travelelodgy by Email or Phone to begin the refund procedure.
- The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the remittance was formed.
- Convenience cost paid at the time of booking is a hat cannot be returned fee and the same shall be relevant on all cancellations including any incomplete cancellation requests, even when a ticket is straightly cancelled with the Airline.
